Rose Wright, 91, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Jessie Walls and Eunice Goff Walls, was born October 30, 1929 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 11:33pmET on Friday, October 1, 2021 in Greensburg.       

She professed her faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Rose was a retired switchboard operator for GTE where she served for 41 years.

She united in marriage to Clelland Wright July 29, 1950.

Husband: Clelland Wright of Campbellsville

1 daughter: Gayle Skaggs & husband Jerry of Campbellsville

3 grandchildren: Adrienne Hash & husband Griffin of Campbellsville, Scott Davis of Willisburg, and Brandee Flick & husband Alex of Georgetown, Indiana

4 great-grandchildren: Gracyne Hash, Seth Hash, Ivan Flick, and Charlotte Flick

Rose was also preceded in death by a son, Frankie Wright in infancy, and 4 brothers: Ernest Lee Walls, Dennis Walls, Lloyd Walls, and Jimmy Walls.
