Donnie Ray Milby, 72, of Mount Sherman, KY, son of the late Ray Milby and Effie Matherly Milby, was born on Sunday, October 17, 1948 in Taylor County and departed this life on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Baptist Health Hardin.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. He was also a truck driver for HD Transport.

Wife of 38 years: Roxye Ann Thomas Milby of Mount Sherman having united in marriage on August 1, 1983
2 daughters & sons-in-law: Sandy & Kenny Hill of Mt. Sherman, Joy & Gary Foster of Elizabethtown
1 son & daughter-in-law: Tim & Kim Skaggs of Texas
10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, & 1 great-great-grandchild
1 brother: Jerry M. Milby of Greensburg
A host of other relatives and friends
Mr. Milby was also preceded in death by a daughter and a son: Tammy Skaggs and Rocky Skaggs.
