Charles Leon Parnell, 74, of the Center Community of Green County, KY, son of the late Demon Parnell and Ann Edwards Parnell, was born on Tuesday, June 10, 1947 in Adair County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at his home.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was employed with Ken-Dec as a buffer. He brought love, laughter and joy to all who knew him. He loved growing flowers, raising chickens and watching the hummingbirds.

Wife of 53 years: Juanita Sue Mouser Parnell of Center, having united in marriage on March 16, 1968
