Richard Mack Chapman, 43, of Greensburg, KY was born on August 8, 1978 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to Rhonda Ford Chapman and Ricky Chapman. He departed this life on September 11, 2021 at Jane Todd Crawford Memorial Hospital in Greensburg.

Richard was a member of Speedwell Church of God. He was a loving father, son, and brother that enjoyed spending time with his family. He also enjoyed fishing and camping out.

He was preceded in death by his special uncle and aunt, Robie & Linda Farmer and grandparents, Roy & Agnes Ford.
