Donna Jean Tafolla, 55, was born September 8, 1965 in Page, Arizona to Martha Helen Flake and William “Bill” Burgy. She departed this life on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Taylor Regional Hospital.

Donna made a profession of faith and was a member of The Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Church in Sulphur Well. She attended college in New York having attained an associate degree and worked as a Registered Nurse. She was avid in the scouts and was the Scout Master of Troop 3. She loved animals, she also enjoyed canning and quilting.

2 brothers, 1 sister & their spouses: Billy Burgy and wife Angie of Lakefield, Minnesota, Nick Burgy and wife Cindy of Wellington, Colorado, and Desiree Fagan and husband Ryan of Modesto, California

3 special friends: Wilma Wilson of Campbellsville, KY, Tonya Heun and Kayla Boo Reynolds both of Arizona

Graveside Service: Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 11:00amCT at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the Sulfur Well Cemetery with Bishop Don Cooper officiating

Visitation:  After 10:00amCT at the graveside 

Interment: Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints church cemetery
