Millie Lee Parker, 76, daughter of the late Harrison and Ruth (Bryant) Richardson, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Taylor Regional Hospital. She was born on November 6, 1944. 

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Parker was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom, and a current employee of Taylor County Primary School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Leon Parker, on July 28, 1998.

SURVIVORS:

1 daughter: Melinda DeSpain of Campbellsville

2 siblings: Stella Thompson & husband Donnie and Johnny Ernest Richardson, both of Campbellsville

1 granddaughter: MaKenzie Ann DeSpain of Campbellsville

A host of other family and friends

Mrs. Parker will be laid to rest beside her late husband  in the Brookside Cemetery. At her request, all services will be conducted privately.
