Lovella Dotson, 94, was born May 5, 1927 in Letcher County, KY to the late Frank W. Anderson and Mary E Lemaster Anderson. She departed this life Monday, July 5, 2021 at her home in the Exie Community of Green County, surrounded by her loving family.

Lovella had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Wisdom Faith Community Church in Metcalfe County, KY.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fowler Dotson; and by one brother and one sister: Ulysses Anderson and Flossie Austin.

SURVIVORS:

2 sons and a daughter-in-law: Charles F. and Renita Dotson of Cleveland, Ohio and Ronald V. Dotson of Green County,

2 brothers: Douglas Anderson of Edmonton and Virgil Anderson of Salina, Kansas

5 grandchildren: Rhonda Shelley, Charlie, Randy and Lynn Dotson and Regina Meier

Many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives & friends

Funeral Service: Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 12:00pmCT at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with Bro. Earlene Branstetter officiating

Visitation: Beginning at 10:00amCT on Wednesday

Burial:  Maple Hill Cemetery, Mell Ridge Community of Green County

Pallbearers:  Charlie Dotson, Randy Dotson, Randy Dotson, JR, Eric Richard, Steven Meier and Ronald Dotson

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Wisdom Faith Christian Academy.  These can be made at the funeral home.
