Martha Jane Harston Gumm, 81, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of the late Hubert C. Harston and Susan Lorene Wilson Harston, was born March 12, 1940 in Scottsville, KY and departed this life on Friday, July 2, 2021 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg Baptist Church. She was a retired teacher of 27 years having been employed by the Green County High School and the Kentucky State Traffic School. She was a member of the Kentucky Education Association and the National Education Association.

Her husband of 60 years: Larry Dale “Peewee” Gumm of Greensburg, KY
2 sons and daughters-in-law: Jeff & Debbie Gumm of Taylor County, KY and Greg & Laura Gumm of Panama City Beach, Florida
4 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren
Funeral Service: Monday at 11:00amCT at Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY
Burial: Greensburg Cemetery
Visitation: Sunday from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and on Monday after 7:00amCT at Cowherd & Parrott
