David Lyle Smith, 70, was born March 11, 1951 in Hillsboro, Ohio to the late Ralph and Georgia Evelyn Baker Smith. He departed this life on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.
He was a truck driver.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Dianna Dillow.

1 son and daughter-in-law: David Sydney and Lindsay Smith of Tacoma, Washington
2 sisters: Carol Fryman of Greensburg, KY and Linda Sexton of Dayton, Ohio
2 brothers: Ralph Smith Jr. of San Antonio, Texas and Gary E. Smith of Dayton, Ohio
Following Mr. Smith’s wishes, the family chose cremation.
