DELLA DORINE MCCOWAN, 69, of Danville, KY, daughter of the late Arvin and Leoda (Garrett) Gribbins, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 at the Ephriam McDowell Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born in Marion County on April 27, 1952.
Della had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Although a quiet and private lady, she was a genuine homemaker at heart. She especially enjoyed quality family time; cooking for and feeding her family was a favorite pursuit of hers.

3 grandchildren: Timothy Lanham, Jordan Summers, and Austin Summers

FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 5:30pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with cremation following the service.
VISITATION: After 2:30pmET on Thursday until time for the service.
