James Thomas Sprowles, 53, the son of Larry Thomas and Helen (Shofner) Sprowles, was born September 14, 1967 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at his residence in the Sprowles Ridge Community. 

James had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Zion Separate Baptist Church. He was an automobile mechanic and enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and his family.

1 brother: Barry Sprowles of Campbellsville, KY

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Hannah Sprowles as an infant.

Funeral Service: Monday, June 7, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Zion Cemetery. Bro. Freddy Thompson will be officiating

Visitation: After 3:00 P.M. on Sunday at the funeral home
