GENE JUDD, 82, CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY

 

Gene Judd, 82, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Raymond Judd and Lenov Stilts Judd, was born January 28, 1939 in Green County, KY. He died at 1:55 A.M., Monday, April 19, 2021 in Campbellsville.    

 

He professed faith in Christ and was an active member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church, where he had been a deacon, Sunday School teacher and Sunday School director. He was a veteran having served his country honorably in the United States Army. Gene was a retired truck driver after 45 plus years; a job he truly loved. He loved his family and was known as a man of his word. Gene especially enjoyed mowing and trying to make his yard the best in the neighborhood.

 

He united in marriage to Pauline Benningfield October 28, 1964.

Wife: Pauline Judd of Campbellsville

1 daughter: DeeDee Goodin and husband Jamie of Campbellsville

1 grandson: Blake Allen of Campbellsville

1 sister: Joyce Waymon of Campbellsville

FUNERAL SERVICE: 1:00 P.M., Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.  Shaun Caudill and Rev. Tim Coghill

 

ENTOMBMENT: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with full military honors by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard
