Henry Leslie Goff, 76, the son of the late Jesse Sr., and Rachel (Tucker) Goff was born November 20, 1944 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Monday, April 5, 2021 in Campbellsville at Taylor Regional Hospital.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Elk Horn Baptist Church. Henry was a former city councilman, a business owner, completed rebuilt vehicle titles, and had worked for Goff Mobile Homes.

2 daughters: Leslie Ann Rhodes and husband David Lee and Susan Gayle Lackey and husband Dylan all of Campbellsville
2 sisters: Elizabeth Goff Humphress of Campbellsville and Beverly Drummond of Liberty
5 grandchildren: Whitney (Ryan) Tungate, Rachel (Raphael) Cunha, Jennifer (Cody) Berry, Austin Herron and Ali Herron
5 great-grandchildren: Bradyn Rhodes, Lia Cox, Carson Tungate, Harper Berry, Francesca Cunha
A host of other relatives and friends
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Thomas “Red” Goff and Jesse H. Goff, Jr., and a brother and sister in infancy.
Funeral Service: Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Dr. Brian Rafferty will be officiating
Visitation: 5-8 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home
