LURAH JEAN CLARK, 80, CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY

 

Lurah Jane Clark, 80, daughter of the late Earldon and Ruth Morris Shouse, was born in Anderson County, KY on May 27, 1940 and departed this life peacefully on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at her home in Campbellsville as a result of a stroke.

 

She united in marriage to David A. Clark on December 9th, 1958 who survives. 

 

Mrs. Clark professed her faith in Christ and was a Christian. She was a member of Woodlawn Christian Church for 60 years. She worked 45 years in retail at Parks Belk in the children's department, Gibson's, and Mary Ann's Hallmark. She enjoyed her cats and dogs. She loved her church and church family and had a compassion for meal preparation at Woodlawn Christian Church.

Husband: David A. Clark

1 son: Jeffery Clark of Campbellsville

2 brothers:  Bro. Kenneth Shouse & wife Verlie of Taylorsville, KY; Bill Shouse & wife Alma of Lawrenceburg, KY

1 brother in law and sister in law: Ken & Hila Sharp of Nicholasville, KY

 

Walk-Thru Visitation: Sunday, February, 28, 2021 from 5:00pm-8:00pmET at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown C-ville 

 

Funeral Service: Monday, March 1st, 2021 at 11:00amET at Woodlawn Christian Church on West Main Street in Campbellsville

 

Burial: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens

 

Visitation: From 9:00amET until time of funeral at the church
