James Allen Edmonds, 76, of Summersville, KY passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of the Holly Grove Baptist Church and was a farmer.
SURVIVORS:
2 sons: Tony Edmonds of Summersville, and James Edmonds of Powell County
3 grandchildren: Paige Edmonds Patterson, Saige Edmonds Riggs, and Cole Allen Edmonds all of Summersville
3 grandchildren: Paige Edmonds Patterson, Saige Edmonds Riggs, and Cole Allen Edmonds all of Summersville
3 sisters: Carol Durrett, Linda Scott both of Summersville, and Phyllis Copley of Hodgenville

Funeral service: 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Friday, January 8, 2021 at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home.
Walk through only visitation: 4 P.M. until 7 P.M., Central Time Thursday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Friday until time of the funeral service.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
