Sandra Kay Cook, 70, was born in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Arthur Riley and Opal Foreman Riley on May 18, 1950. She departed this life on Monday, November 23, 2020 at the Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville , KY.
Sandra made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Fry Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Jerry Riley and Arthur Riley; 2 sisters: Marilyn Howery and Linda Hina; 1 brother-in-law, Max Cook; and 1 sister-in-law, Sally Cook.

2 sisters-in-law: Francie Riley and Wilma Riley both of Ohio
1 brother-in-law: Dell Cook of Vermont
1 sister-in-law: Bessie Riley
