James E. Kessler, Jr. (Junior), 69, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late James E. Kessler and Dorothy Gentry Kessler, was born April 23, 1951 in Green County and departed this life on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital.
Junior had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church. He was a former lumber assistant and assistant manager for Greensburg Manufacturing for 30 years. He had also worked as a buyer for Hermitage Hardwood in Cookeville, Tennessee.

9 great-grandchildren: Ella Hunt, Chloe Hunt, Brentley Hunt, Lorelai Pruitt, Lilly Hunt, Zyler Hunt, Zuri Hunt, Rilynn Gaines, Rhett Gaines
1 brother and sister-in-law: Tim and Kim Kessler of Munfordville
1 sister and brother-in-law: Sue and Gordon Judd of Greensburg

Burial: Oak Grove Cemetery
Walk-Thru Visitation: Tuesday from 4:00pm-6:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7:00amCT on Wednesday
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Oak Grove Baptist Church Youth Group, which can be made at the funeral home.
