Benny Read, 81, of Campbellsville, KY son the late Joseph Bentley “Joe” Read and Nora Crews Read, was born October 12, 1939 in Taylor County, Ky. He died at 2:00 A.M., Friday, October 16, 2020 in Greensburg.
Benny enjoyed farming in his younger years and was of the Baptist Faith.
SURVIVORS:
2 brothers & 5 sisters: John Read and wife Sharon, Larry Read, Deloris Jeffries, Edna Read, Josie Osborne, Evalene Read, and Linda Smith.
Benny was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters: Robert Read, William “Zeke” Sapp, Lee Read, Rosaline Read, Catherine Read, and Norma Jean Read.
