Ricky Lewis Patton, 60, of Campbellsville, KY was born on June 9, 1960 to the late Joy Winifred and Doris Jean (Wood) Patton. He departed this life on Saturday, September 26, 2020.

Ricky was a graduate of Campbellsville University, where he had earned his bachelor of science degree. He had originally planned to practice as a certified public accountant, but joined his father in the family business instead. A good-hearted man, he was an exceptional mechanic and, after the passing of his father, became the owner and operator of Pat’s Transmission Shop.

1 grand-nephew: Kasin Bishop of Campbellsville

1 aunt: Edith Hardin of Louisville

His cousin: Ronnie Patton of Campbellsville

Funeral Service: Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 1:00pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Clifton Bennett officiating

Burial: Brookside Cemetery

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, Sept 29, starting at 10:30amET
