Almeda Juanita Miranda Haskins, 85, was born June 3, 1935 in Hull, Yorkshire, England to the late James Alfonso Miranda and Ida Evelyn Parkinson Miranda. She departed this life Friday, September 18, 2020 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Methodist faith. She was the Librarian for the Green County School System and PTA President for several years and was a member of the Greensburg/Green County Civic Club and was gifted seamstress.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Melora Jasmine Erby; and 3 brothers: Louie Miranda, Leon Miranda, and Maurice Miranda.

Husband: William (Bill) Haskins of Greensburg; 2 sons: Charles William Haskins of Louisville and John Madison Erby, Jr. of Baltimore Maryland; 3 grandchildren: Baileigh Haskins, Kyle Halle-Erby, and Alice Halle-Erby; 2 great-grandchildren: Dakayla Hawkins and Zodi Kyle Gamal; and a host other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Will be conducted privately on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with Rev. Josh Miller. Eulogy and Rev. David Mitchell, Master of Ceremony. Cremation will follow the funeral service.
Walk-Thru Visitation: 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., Eastern Time, Saturday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home.
