Richard Herman Thompson, 97, of Louisville, KY (native of Green County) passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 in Louisville.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Delma; a baby boy, Kenneth; and 2 grand-children: Leticia Smith and Devon Roberson.
He proudly served in WWII in the South Pacific, part of the greatest generation. He came home to establish a building/real estate business, Thompson Realtors. His word was his most trusted collateral. He was a 60 year member of the National Association of Realtors, an Honorary Kentucky Colonel, and a member of Southeast Christian Church for 30 years.

Celebration of Life Service: 12 Noon ET on Friday, September 18, 2020 at the Southeast Christian Church Chapel in the Woods.
Visitation: 4:00-8:00pmET on Thursday and after 11:00amET on Friday at the church
