Tama Colleen Dixon, 60, of Owensboro, KY daughter of the late Waller Shofner & Laura Shofner, was born November 18, 1959. She departed this life on Monday, August 31, 2020 in Owensboro.
Tama was a homemaker, a great cook, she enjoyed bingo and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 3 brothers & 1 sister: Roosevelt Shofner, Donnie Shofner, Monroe Shofner and Frances Gilpin.

1 son and 1 daughter: Dustin Dickens & fiancé Katelin Criss and Kelsey Dixon & fiancé Robert Nicholas of Owensboro, KY; 12 grandchildren: Ariana, Jakobi, Rayshin, Kimee, Ezayah, Legacy, Legend, Marshall, Chloe, Matthew, Ella, BentLee, Carson; 5 sisters and 2 brothers: Viola Watson & husband Joe, Jane Milby & husband Bob, and Kaye Hatcher all of Campbellsville, KY, Shelia Moravec of Texas, Nevon Wolf & husband George of Virginia, Dean Shofner & wife Patricia of Lexington and Scotty Shofner of Tennessee; 2 sisters-in laws: Carolyn Shofner of Campbellsville and Peggy Shofner of Bedford, KY along with a host of many other relatives & friends.
