David Perkins, 88, son of the late Jim Robert Perkins and Lora Close Perkins, was born June 22, 1932 and departed this life on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at his residence.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church, and was a farmer.
SURVIVORS:
1 daughter: Jill Perkins of Buffalo, KY; 3 grandchildren: Brandy Robertson & husband Blake of Greensburg, KY; Tessie Hepworth & husband Michael, and Josie Embry of Buffalo, KY; 2 great-grandchildren: Mason David Robertson & Kane Lukas Robertson both of Greensburg, KY.
Mr. Perkins was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 5 sisters: Willard Perkins, Leonard Perkins, Virgil Perkins, George Perkins, Ray Perkins, Roslyn Perkins, Elizabeth Crawley, Virgie Simms, Marie Adams,and Georgie Perkin.

Burial: Risen Cemetery
Walk-Thru Visitation: 4:00pm-8:00pmCT on Wednesday and after 7:00amCT on Thursday
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
