Donald Vincent Hooper, 54, of Greensburg, KY, son of Donald Jerome Hooper of Ohio and Deborah Anderson Wampole of Florida, was born on Saturday, January 15, 1966 in Detroit, Michigan and departed this life on Friday, August 14, 2020 at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg.
He was a truck driver for Express Cargo Inc., and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Parents: Donald Jerome Hooper of Ohio and Deborah Anderson Wampole of Florida; his wife of 26 years: Rhonda Louise Schankel Hooper of Greensburg; tep-mother: Patricia Hooper of Ohio; step-father: Bob Wampole of Florida; 5 sisters and 3 brothers-in-law: Diane and Daniel Taylor of Green County, Tanya and Chris Gilbert of Ohio, Carrie Cunningham of Indiana, Paula and Bobby Luna, and Angela Hooper all of Michigan; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Hooper was also preceded in death by a daughter: Emmily Louise Hooper on June 23, 2007.

Funeral Service: 1:00 P.M., Central Time, Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery with full military honors. Bro. Wilburn Bonta officiating.
Walk through visitation: 4 P.M. until 8 P.M., Central Time, Monday at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Tuesday until time of the funeral service.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Maple Hill Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
