Tommy Hunt, 76, of Campbellsville, KY son of the late John Edgar Hunt and Dellia Short Hunt, was born January 14, 1944 in Shelbyville, Indiana. He died at 8:31 P.M., Sunday, June 7, 2020 in Louisville.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Tommy managed several service stations over the years and had worked in blacktopping for Nally & Gibson. He loved riding around in his truck and visiting the Peddlers Malls.
He united in marriage to Arlene White November 10, 1967.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Arlene Hunt of Campbellsville; 1 son & daughter-in-law: Ricky & Veronica Hunt of Campbellsville; 5 grandchildren: Kristin Rash & husband Jed and Cody Hunt of Lexington, Jackson Hunt, Adin Hunt, and Kaleigh Hunt of Campbellsville; 2 great-granddaughters: Harper Rash & Nora Rash of Lexington; 2 sisters: Dorothy Graham Skaggs & Bonnie Hunt of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Tommy was also preceded in death by a son, David Hunt July 19, 2001 and 4 brothers and 2 sisters: Paul Eric Hunt, John Hunt, Bud Hunt, Earl Hunt, Irene Benge and Joyce Hunt.
