Patsy N. Squires Keltner, 79, was born June 23, 1940 in Green County, KY to the late E. B. Squires and Kathleen Risen Squires. She departed this life Monday May 24, 2020 at the Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center in Louisville.
She had made a profession in Christ and was a member of the Summershade United Methodist Church. She was united in marriage to Bro. Travis Keltner on June 30, 1956. She also was retired from being a Walmart Associate.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death August 17, 2016 by one son Jody Keltner.

Husband: Bro. Travis Keltner; 1 son: Doug Keltner and wife Gail of Greensburg; 2 grandchildren: Brian Keltner and wife Lora and Shannon Poynter and husband Brandon; 4 great-grandchildren: Austin and Cody Keltner and Anthony Clark and Abigale Keltner; 1 first cousin: Betty Carol Wilcoxson; special friends: Yvonne and Gary Humphress and Donna Lobb; a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral service: Thursday, 1 p.m., Central Time, at the Summershade United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Summershade Cemetery with Bro. Ronnie Dooley and Bro. Bill Davenport officiating. Visitation is requested from 10 a.m., Central Time, until the funeral hour.
Pallbearers: Brian Keltner, Austin Keltner, Cody Keltner, Dewayne Clark, Richie Kessler, Wade Squires, and David Pierce
The family has requested that donations to be made to the Summershade Cemetery or to the Gideon Bible Fund.
