Roy Graybeal, 79, of Campbellsville, KY son of the late Oscar Graybeal and Nancy Denny Graybeal, was born July 27, 1940 in Taylor County, KY. He died at 1:33 A.M. on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in Elizabethtown.
He united in marriage to Shirley Naomi Sluder March 2, 1962 and she preceded him in death May 29, 2017. He was also preceded in death by 6 brothers and 2 sisters: Hayden Graybeal, Murrell Graybeal, Hubert Graybeal, Raymond Graybeal, Bruce Graybeal, Millard Graybeal, Pearl Cox and Okry Farmer.
Roy worked as a body man and did automobile body repair for many years. He loved fishing and traveling, especially to the mountains and also enjoyed taking his grandchildren and great-grandchildren on walks.

1 daughter and son-in-law: Debbie and James Bishop of Campbellsville; 2 grandchildren: Kelli Flaherty and husband Mark of Cape Coral, Florida and Brian Judd and wife Shannon of Hodgenville; 4 great-grandchildren: Bayly Judd, Chloe Judd, Scotlyn Edelen and Emily Flaherty; 1 honorary grandchild: Corie Barnett; 1 sister: Lucille Bailey of Shepherdsville; 1 sister-in-law: Janice Graybeal of Louisville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
