Mardell Sweeney Hagan, 66, of Glasgow, KY (formerly of Green County), daughter of the late Ezra Louis Sweeney and Lizzie Edith Beauchamp Sweeney, was born on Thursday, June 4, 1953 in Green County and departed this life on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Aetna Grove Baptist Church. She was a former machine operator for Fruit of the Loom, Inc. and was a cashier for Walmart Corporation.
She united in marriage to Sidney Earl Hagan on September 12, 1975 who preceded her in death on June 21, 2010.

There will be private graveside services held for Mardell Sweeney Hagan. Burial in the Macedonia Cemetery. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in charge of the service arrangements.
While still abiding by the State mandates, the family has chosen DRIVE BY VIEWING for Mardell Sweeney Hagan to be conducted behind Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 between the hours of 11:00am and 12:00pmCT. EVERYONE MUST REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICLES WHILE PASSING AND PAYING THEIR RESPECTS TO THE HAGAN FAMILY.
