Geneva Vaughn Creason, 83, of Louisville, KY, daughter of the late Robert Vaughn and Hazel Marr Vaughn, was born on Sunday, May 10, 1936 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Monday, April 20, 2020 at the Yorktown Senior House in Louisville.
Geneva had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Kenwood Church of Christ in Louisville. She was also a former Patient Assistant for Frazier Rehabilitation in Louisville.
She united in marriage to Clell Ping Creason on December 22, 1951 who preceded her in death on January 10, 1982. She was also preceded in death by a daughter: Debbie Morrison; and a sister: Viola Vaughn.
SURVIVORS: 3 daughters & sons-in-law: Judy & David Bowman, Gail & Don Torrance, and Jeanine & Vernon Hayes all of Louisville; 1 son & daughter-in-law: Bobby & Yvonne Creason of Shepherdsville; 3 sisters and 3 brothers: Lillian Reynolds of Magnolia, Lucille Milby of Summersville, Dixie Cline of Tennessee, Boyce Vaughn of Louisville, William Vaughn of Campbellsville, and Gene Vaughn of Greensburg; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

There will be private graveside services held with burial in the Aetna Grove Cemetery. Bro. Kelvin Edwards officiating.
