Mary Jo Sneed, 82, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Shelby and Essie Gertie (Fisher) Wooley, was born April 29, 1937 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in Campbellsville at the Grandview Nursing and Rehab. 

She was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith. Mary Jo enjoyed sewing, cooking, artwork, crafts and making dolls and jewelry.

SURVIVORS: 5 children & spouses: Peggy & Greg Rigdon of Campbellsville, Debbie & Wayne Johnson of Louisville, Bert, Jr & Carol Sneed, Steve & Leda Sneed and Shelby & Andrea Bea Sneed all of Macon, Georgia; 1 brother: Wilber Wooley & wife Jerrie of Louisville; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Bertron Sneed, a grandchild and eight siblings: Myrtle Morris, Opal Tungate, Annie Perkins, Lucille Wood, Nellie Tungate, Roy Wooley, Shirley Wooley and William “Bill” Wooley.

Mrs. Sneed will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Liberty Cemetery at Spurlington.
