Delano Shipp, 78, of Campbellsville, KY son of the late Emmitt Shipp and Teresa Viola Caulk Shipp was born October 19, 1941 in Marion County, KY. He died at 11:11 P.M., Sunday, April 12, 2020 in Campbellsville.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Washington Baptist Church. He retired after approximately thirty-nine years of service from the knitting room of Fruit of the Loom in both Campbellsville and Jamestown. Delano loved farming and talking to people; he never met a stranger.
He united in marriage to Betty Sue Hash August 3, 1968.
