Eleanor Louise Vance Sharp, 92, was born November 1, 1927 in Hardin County, KY to the late Samuel Claude Vance and Carrie Elizabeth Bell Vance. She departed this life Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Harrodsburg Health and Rehab-Signature in Harrodsburg, KY.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church. She worked as custodian for Green County School System for many years and was a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death July 26, 2007 by her husband, Claude “Punkin” Sharp.

3 sons: Samuel Lewis Sharp & significant other Charlotte Hannigan of Lexington, KY; Donald Joe Sharp of Greensburg, KY; Douglas Howard Sharp & wife Christie of Danville, KY
4 grandchildren: Emily Ann Sharp and Joseph Michael Sharp, both of Colorado; Jase Brendon Sharp of Tennessee; Taylor Blaine Sharp of Danville, KY
Due to the COVIC-19 Pandemic and Executive Order by Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear, the services will be conducted privately with burial in the Greensburg Cemetery.
Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of the arrangements.
