Charles Kenton “Bo” Boston, 81, of Greenwood, Indiana passed peacefully from this life on Sunday, March 15, 2020. He was born in Barren County, KY on February 13, 1939 to the late Ola and Bernice (Hood) Boston.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Boston worked over 30 years as a sheet metal fabricator. After his retirement, he pursued his passion for producing and growing flowers by opening Boston’s Greenhouse, a successful landscape and garden center.

3 children: Sharon Teresa Boston of Greenwood, IN, Richard Kenton Boston & wife Susan of Greenwood, IN, and James Shannon Boston & wife Joanie of Martinsville, IN
3 siblings: Korine Whitley of Campbellsville, Kodelia Swears of Mt. Washington, and Robert Boston of Campbellsville
1 sister-in-law: Linda Boston of Campbellsville
7 grandchildren: Alexandra Denise Weisbrod & husband Tucker, Courtney Faith Petty & husband Jack, Chelsea Lee Harty & husband Luke, Nicholas Charles Boston & wife Anjuli, Shelby Diane Rowe & husband Jonathon, James Quenton Boston, and Brandon Caleb Boston
5 great-grandchildren: Landon Scott Bell, Jemma Mae Harty, Greyson Nicholas Bell, Cashel Luke Harty, and Henry Charles Boston
And a host of extended family and friends
He was also preceded in death by 5 siblings: Kay Hobbs, Kathryn Arvin, Kenneth Boston, Koretta Johnson, and D.K. “Bud” Boston.
Funeral Service: Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 1:00 PM EST (12:00 PM CST) in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY with cremation to follow. His ashes will be laid to rest at a later date in the Boston Cemetery, Liberty-Lawson Rd, Hardyville, KY.
Visitation: Thursday, March 19, 2020 after 11:30 AM EST (10:30 AM CST) at the funeral home
