Billy Dean "Bill" Simpson, 88, of Greensburg, KY was born July 11, 1931 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Monday, March 9, 2020 at his home. He was a son of the late Homer Leslie "Les" Simpson and Lillie Bloyd Simpson.
Billy had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church. He was a self-employed plumber and repairman, and also worked for Southern States for 17 years. He was a Korean War Veteran having served in the United States Army where he was a recipient of the Bronze Star, and was a lifetime member of the Green County Sportsman Club.

Visitation: 4:00pm-8:00pmCT on Wednesday and after 7:00amCT on Thursday at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Norton Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Hospital or Kosair Charities, which can be made at the funeral home.
