Ilena (Wethington) Sherrill, 87, of Campbellsville, KY daughter of the late Clement and Orpha (Helm) Wethington, was born in Casey County, KY on August 11, 1932. She departed this life on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center in Columbia , KY.
Ilena was a former seamstress at Fruit of the Loom, and an office assistant at the State Fire and Rescue Training Center for 14 ½ years.
SURVIVORS: 1 daughter: Libby R. Sherrill; 2 siblings: Winfrey Wethington & wife Judy, and Paul Wethington; longtime friend: Mildred Powers; and a host of other family & friends.
At the request of Mrs. Sherrill, cremation rites were accorded her by the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
