ELIZA PENICK PERKINS, 100, CAMPBELLSVILLE

 
Eliza Penick Perkins, 100, of Campbellsville, KY daughter of the late Everett Andrew Penick and Dorothy Mae Elmore Penick, was born November 4, 1919 in Green County, KY. She died at 6:00 P.M., Saturday, February 29, 2020 in Campbellsville.
 
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville First Church of God. Eliza was a homemaker and worked on the farm most of her days. She loved working in her flower garden and enjoyed the beauty of nature. She loved her family greatly and has truly left a legacy of love.
 
She united in marriage to Robert Jackson “Jack” Perkins May 1, 1937 and he preceded her in death July 1, 2012.
 
SURVIVORS: 3 sons: Jack Allen Perkins & wife Irene, Ronnie Lewis Perkins, and David Joe Perkins & wife Tresia of Campbellsville; 7 grandchildren: Brian Allen Perkins & wife Elizabeth of North Carolina, Dana Lee & husband Allen of Texas, Kevin Owen Hughes & wife Tina of Campbellsville, Steven Jackson Perkins & wife Sabrina, Cassie Jo Newton & husband Drew and Jeffrey Thomas & wife Tammy of Louisville, and Shondah Cox & husband Tim of Campbellsville; 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; 1 brother: Robert “Bob” Penick of Louisville; several nieces & nephews and many other relatives & friends.
 
She was also preceded in death by 1 grandson, Timothy Allen Perkins and 2 brothers & 2 sisters: Richard Louis Penick, Everett Virgil Penick, Emma Frances Penick Bean and her twin Lida Penick Antle.
