Michael Stephen Dunlap, 64, of Campbellsville, KY passed away Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Nortons Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born in Campbellsville, KY on December 1, 1955, a son of the late Charles Warren & Janet (Morris) Dunlap.
Michael was a nurse anesthetist at Taylor Regional Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Dunlap.
