BRO. HERMAN RAY WARREN, 88, CAMPBELLSVILLE

 

Bro. Herman Ray Warren, 88, of Campbellsville, KY was born in Larue County on June 21, 1931 to the late Everett E. and Pearl (Cundiff) Warren. He departed this life on Thursday, January 9, 2020 in Campbellsville at the Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center. 
 
Bro. Warren made a profession of faith in Christ and was a minister and teacher of the Baptist faith. In his earlier years, he had been employed at the Brown and Williams Tobacco Company, Kentucky Trailers, and was a farmer. He loved his God deeply, and never let the fog of time cloud his love for his wife, Mrs. Flossie (Keith) Warren, and the rest of his family.
 
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Flossie Warren; 2 children: James McNear and Randall Leon Warren; 4 siblings: Harvey Warren, Joseph Warren, Myrtle Bell, and Paul Warren; and 4 grandchildren: Lauren McCall Thompson, Paul Dewayne Sprowles, Chase Warren, and Whitley Warren.
 
SURVIVORS:
5 children: Linda RIley & husband Steve of Louisville; Brenda Roberts & husband Keith of Louisville; Gayle Cox & husband Stevie of Campbellsville; Carolyn Thompson & husband Billy of Campbellsville; Roger Warren of Campbellsville
1 sister: Kathy Crume and husband James of Hodgenville

Funeral Service: Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Freddy Thompson officiating
 
Burial: Mt. Tabor Cemetery
 
Visitation: Monday, January 13, from 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home
