Please announce the following change from a working session to a special called meeting on Wednesday, May 13th.

The regularly scheduled working session on May 13 at 9:00am has been canceled.   A special called meeting will now take place on Wednesday, May 13th at 5:30 pm. The regularly scheduled meeting on May 14 at 5:30pm will still take place.
