Firefighters responded to a residential structure fire after receiving a call at approximately 9PM on January 4, 2026. Upon arrival, they found a working structure fire and confirmed all occupants and pets were out of the home. The response and extinguishing efforts took approximately three hours with no reported injuries.

Assisting agencies included Greensburg/Green County E-911, Summersville Fire Department, Grab Fire Department, Green County EMS, Greensburg Police Department, Red Cross, and Kentucky Utilities.
