Campbellsville native and 2024 ACM Awards Nominee Hannah Ellis returns home for a free concert Wednesday July 3rd. See one of country music’s brightest new stars on the Commonwealth Building Products/Marvin Main Stage in downtown Campbellsville. The show starts at 7:00 p.m. with opening artist Collin White.
Colton‘s Kick-Off Concert The 2024 Celebration gets Rockin’ & Rollin’ with the Colton’s Kick-off Concert presented by Colton’s Steak House & Grill! Midlife Crisis will be the featured performers Tuesday July 2nd on the Commonwealth Building Products/Marvin Main Stage in downtown Campbellsville. Considered one of the premiere 80s rock bands in the Southeast, Midlife Crisis has been entertaining audiences for more than 20 years. Also performing is local favorite Cheyenne, well known for their variety of old/new country Southern Rock covers. Come early and enjoy the delicious selections available from the various food vendors in the Taylor County Bank Food Court opening at 6 p.m.
Thursday night July 4th, festivities shift to the Manchester Tank "Party in Park" at Miller Park with local favorite Str8fwd performing at 6 p.m. followed by Grace Farmer & The Whiskey Shots at 8 p.m. Bring a picnic or choose from the many food vendors in the Taylor County Bank Food Court. The Celebration culminates with the Fireworks Explosion over Miller Park powered by Kroger and CampbellsvilleKy.com.
The Master Works Festival is a month-long intensive summer training program for classical performing artists being held at Campbellsville University. Take advantage of two unique opportunities to see these talented musicians - the Student Recital Saturday June 29th at 2 p.m. in the Gosser Fine Arts Center at Campbellsville University and the “God and Country” Recital Monday July 2nd in the Performing Arts Center at Taylor County High School starting at 7:30 p.m. Both are FREE.
The Taylor County Bank Food Court is a favorite location featuring great food from numerous vendors with a giant tent with tables and chairs to enjoy your meal. The Taylor County Bank Food Court is located on South Court Street and is open Tuesday July 2nd from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday July 3rd from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Thursday July 4th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. then on to Miller Park until 10 p.m.
Vendors will be located on Main Street in four different areas based on their products and/or services. The Citizens Bank Arts & Crafts Fair will feature vendors selling only hand crafted items. All commercial products will be sold in the Marketplace. Other special areas will be for local non-profit, school and church groups as well an area for political candidates. Downtown booths are open July 3rd from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and July 4th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The Elk Horn Baptist Church Family Fun Zone offers numerous children's games, inflatables, family activities and entertainment. And everything is FREE! Bring the whole family and stop by the Elk Horn Baptist Church Family Fun Zone at the end of East Main Street by Jackson Towers in downtown Campbellsville. It opens at 6:00 p.m. on July 3rd and reopens July 4th at 9:00 a.m.
Back this year is the Kentucky Farm Bureau Hospitality Tent located on Main Street near the Taylor County Judicial Center. Visitors can enjoy the shade of the giant tent with tables and chairs. Plus, there's a mechanical bull, dunking booth, and entertainment.
