On Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at approximately 1437 hours, the Campbellsville Police Department responded to an injury accident at the intersection ofKY 55 and Lone Valley Road.

A 2011 Kia passenger car, operated by 43-year-old Sonja Hughes of Campbellsville, was traveling south and made a left turn off KY 55 onto Lone Valley Road, into the path of a 2022 Toyota SUV. The Toyota SUV was traveling north, operated by 59-year-old Kathleen Bottoms of Greensburg. Both vehicles were towed from the scene, due to damage. Hughes wastransported to Taylor Regional Hospital by

CTCEMS for possible injuries.
