Big Dawg News has learned that Devin Roen age 32 of Campbellsville was arrested Saturday at a residence on New Columbia Road after a standoff with KSP post 15 Columbia, Roen was tased by troopers was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and lodged in the Taylor County Jail.
