On Friday, January 13, 2023 at 10:52 a.m., Campbellsville Police responded to a report of an injury collision at the intersection of North Central Ave. and Maple Street. 

A 1999 Ford Ranger operated by 85-year old Carlton Davis of Campbellsville was traveling eastbound on Maple Street attempting to cross North Central Avenue.  Davis pulled into the path of a 2019 Subaru Forester operated by 66-year old Mark Stevenson also of Campbellsville.  Davis’ vehicle overturned as the result of the collision and Davis had to be extricated by the Campbellsville Fire Department.

Davis was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital for non-life threatening injuries by Campbellsville Taylor County EMS, but Stevenson was not injured.
