A Lebanon man has been arrested charged with murder, 42 Joseph Wohner of 390 Linda Ave is charged with shooting and killing Joshua Mudd age 33 of Lebanon.
Mudd was found Wednesday deceased in Wohners yard on Linda Avenue in the limits of Lebanon.
Wohner was arrested in Florida and will be extradited by to Kentucky to face charges.
The investigation continues by Lebanon Police.
