On Friday, August 13, 2021 at 2:55 P.M., Campbellsville Police responded to an injury collision at the intersection of South Columbia Avenue and Kentucky Highway 55.

A 2006 Buick Rainier operated by 73-year old Linda B. Johnson of New Haven, KY collided with a 2012 Honda Odyssey operated by 47-year old Richard J. Clayton of Campbellsville.  A passenger in the Johnson vehicle, 74-year old Michael D. Johnson of New Haven, KY and 3 passengers in the Clayton vehicle; 40-year old Mindy Clayton, 12-year old Andrew Clayton, and 14-year old Shelby Clayton all of Campbellsville were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital for treatment.
