Taylor County Sheriff Allen Newton said that his department was dispatched to a vehicle driving with a blowout on the Highway 210 Bypass. After investigating, Brandon Hoskins, 26, of Lexington was arrested and charged with theft of an automobile and trailer. Hoskins was also charged with criminal mischief and no operators license. 
 

The arrest was made by Jonathon Leigh with the Taylor County Sheriffs Department. He was assisted by Josh Morgan with Campbellsville City Police.
