On Saturday, June 26, 2021 at approximately 3:56 P.M., Campbellsville Police responded to an injury collision at the intersection of Wickliffe and Osage.

A 2001 Chevrolet Silverado, operated by 21-year old Ashlen B. Weeks of Campbellsville, collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban operated by 62-year old Paul H. Nuckols also of Campbellsville.

Weeks and a passenger, 19-year old Amaurie Deleon of Campbellsville, were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by private vehicle. 

Nuckols along with 2 passengers, 16-year old Josiah Nuckols and 6-year old Josiah Nuckols, were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville Taylor County EMS.
