Taylor County Sheriff Allen Newton reports that an auto operated Adam Abell, 50, of Greensburg, KY stopped suddenly in traffic at the Taylor County Fairground entrance and was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Dana Hayden, 46, of Campbellsville, KY.

Abell was not injured but Hayden was taken to Taylor County Regional Hospital for treatment.

The accident occured Tuesday afternoon at 5:41pmET and was investigated by Dickie Benningfield with the TCSO.
