Sheriffs Office investigated vehicle vs motorcycle collision just before 4pm on Russell Road in Columbia Deputy Chandler Staten was dispatched to the injury collision at the intersection KY 80 and Greenhills Road.

 Adair County Sheriff Josh Brockman said a vehicle driven by Leonardo Vasquez pulled into path of a 2002 Harley Davidson being operated by Jonathon Tate of Columbia who was traveling straight ahead with passenger Kimberly Sanders,  

Tate and Sanders were treated on scene by Adair EMS and transported to TJ Health of Columbia .  

Deputy Staten was assisted by Columbia Police officer Gary Roy.
